Whistleblower: 'I'm no left wing activist'

Published in Royal Borough Observer on-line on Mon 8th Mar 2010

THE man, who exposed political adviser Andre Walker, has this morning hit back at claims he is a 'left wing activist'.

The Windsor resident posted a recorded telephone conversation on YouTube in which Mr Walker allegedly conspires to oust the council's deputy leader Alison Knight.

Following Mr Walker's claims that the man named as Robert Bobbin on the internet site is a 'left wing activist, he said: "I am neither left wing nor an activist, Mr Walker has turned me into an activist these past few days by showing a disdain of decent values in conducting politics.

"I felt I had to stand up and make sure people knew what was being done in their name. People of all political persuasions will be dismayed by the things he said on the train that night."
