Julian with Banking HUb sign

Bring Back Town Centre Banking

In recent years banks in Windsor and Ascot have closed- One by one, Metro, Natwest, HSBC and Halifax have all disappeared.

Many people still want to be able to visit a branch, talk to a real person and have the face-to-face interaction that is not possible through online banking. Residents and visitors to our towns struggle to find at ATM to withdraw cash.

That's why I'm launching this campaign: local people want to be able to access banking services face to face and have easy access to cash.

If the high street banks won't provide the service, the alternative could be a banking hub. I'm pushing for this and have initiated a review in Windsor and the Sunningdale area of Ascot. If we can demonstrate there is a need for these services, we have a better chance of securing them.

Will you sign my petition to bring banking back to our town centres?
