Conservative Chaos on Park & Ride

Following a four year record of failure on transport and roads - which started with the Conservatives throwing away the opportunity to finally complete their 4 decade old promise of a Park and Ride for Windsor - the Conservatives have recorded yet another failure on parking for Windsor, with the cancellation of the opening of their much trumpeted and highly expensive Park & Ride at Centrica on Maidenhead Road.

It seems that despite having announced the opening date some time ago, the Conservative Council had failed to check that Centrica were ready for them.

The shame faced Conservative Council were forced to issue a Pfress Release on Friday 15th April, announcing that the scheme would not be running the next day, Saturday 16th. The Council now hope to get things up and running for the 22nd April.
