Lib Dems launch Snowy Roads Survey

Windsor Liberal Democrats have launched a "Snowy Roads Survey" to build up a complete picture of what has been happening over the last few days. "Its essential we learn the lessons of this week, so that our Conservative council is better prepared for next time." says Windsor Lib Dem's Julian Tisi.
