Secret Talks Denied

A Councillor has rejected claims that talks about possible changes to the traffic system in Windsor are being held in secret.
Cabinet member for highways and street-care Clr Colin Rayner said that the scheme being considered by the Royal Borough was just one of dozens that the council would routinely examine. He said that the talks were not confidential.
He added: "If we do go ahead then everybody in Windsor will be consulted."
