Commenting on George Osborne's widely reported recent lecture, Lib Dem Treasury Spokesman, Vince Cable has pointed to Mr Osborne's lack of understanding of the economy. Mr Cable who was formerly chief economist at Shell, is widely respected for having forecast the banking crisis.

The General Election in Windsor will be a straight fight between the Conservatives and Liberal Democrats.That Labour have given up all hope of winning was confirmed after they selected as their candidate a Glaswegian Doctor and businessman, currently living in London.
